Are your goals in alignment with your values?

Well are they? Conduct an honest assessment of your values that mean the most.

If someone were to provide you will an honest answer of what they believe you represent, would their assessment of you scream the values you believe you hold?

Write down your values and conduct a deep dive along with the goals you want to achieve. Do they align? Does it seem somewhat sketchy?

Make a new list with two columns.

In column I write down the values that mean the most to you. Column II write goals that align with each of your values in column I.

Is your message clear and concise? Does it make sense better yet will your audience understand your message?

Now that you’ve updated your messaging put your plan together and then execute. Goals created with purpose and based in strong values tend to have positive outcomes.
