You cannot have promotion without process

Have you ever had a goal or a promotion you had your eyes set on but realized there was more work involved than expected?

Sometimes we have great ideas or want to accept greater responsibility to accomplish big things but never realizing there is a process one must go through to reach the final destination.

The road is never a straight line and catches many off guard. Sections of the path may be revealed, however to erect the plans of the blueprint we must understand our role in the creation of the foundation.

Imagine if someone you admire (a parent, friend, spouse etc.) gave up every time an obstacle blocked their path. Would you feel the same about them or would you dismiss them and their efforts when they’ve met a fork in the road?

At the end of the day one must trust the process regardless of how challenging the road may become.
